5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are to be made as per agreed invoices or proposals.
Once work begins, payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Dastoor Nexus fails to deliver the agreed service without valid cause.
Invoices not cleared within the specified time may result in project hold or termination.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian law.
